Are my personal data secured?

Securing your personal data is our top priority.

We disclose this information only to Campola employees, partners and collaborating campsites which:

  • need this information to arrange your booking.
  • have agreed not to disclose them to third parties.

Are transactions safe through Campola?

Campola does not keep or store your credit card details, does not pre-approve it and does not transmit such information to the campsite.

This way you are sure that the transaction will be executed with the utmost security. That is why we have chosen PayPal as the only secure network for transactions through Campola.

Why should I pay upfront for making a reservation?

Campola does not store your credit card number, so we must be sure of your desire to visit the campsite. For this reason we only charge a 20% of your total booking cost.

Why should I create a profile at Campola?

A profile is useful because it gives you the option to:

  • Faster complete your reservations without having to add your personal information each time you make a new reservation.
  • See information about your reservation.
  • Write a review about the campsite you visited.

How can I change the information in my profile?

To change your profile information, you simply login to your account, select “My profile” and change your details. When you are done, select “Update”.

How do I travel with Campola?

All you need to do is create a free account, browse the campsite of your choice and book directly through Campola.

How do I browse for campsites?

To search for a campsite simply enter the desired destination, dates and number of people in the search field. Alternatively, you can browse through the Campsites Map. To ensure the best search experience, make sure that you are logged into your account.

How do I know that a plot / accommodation are available?

Each provided plot / accommodation features a calendar so you can instantly see the available dates. The days colored green are available, while those red are unavailable.

Can I contact the campsite which I have booked?

Yes! Once you complete your booking, we send you an email with all necessary information about the campsite, including its contact details.

How do I make a booking?

To make a reservation click “Book Now” next to the desired plot / accommodation.

Make sure you enter the correct information for your dates and number of persons before proceeding.

Then fill in your personal information (if you are logged in, the information is auto-filled), add extra services if desired and select “View Reservation”. Check that the information is correct and select “Complete Purchase” which takes you to the secure payment system PayPal to complete your booking. Finally, enter your credit card information and select “Pay”. Once the reservation is completed, you receive email confirmation of payment from PayPal and email confirmation from Campola featuring all the details of the booking.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Just send us an email at support@campola.com entitles “Cancel Reservation”. Be sure to mention the reservation code presented in the confirmation email you received from Campola when you made your reservation. If you wish, you can specify the reason of cancelling the reservation.

Please note that the amount paid upfront for making the reservation is non-refundable.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay by credit card, debit card or using your PayPal account.

Campola has partnered with PayPal, the leading online payment service in the world to offer maximum security during transactions.

Can I pay in any currency?

Yes. Our partnership with PayPal allows you to make payments in any currency.

How can I register my campsite to Campola?

To register your campsite to Campola, follow these steps:

  • Select the link below to fill out the registration form. http://goo.gl/forms/S0gln065Z3
  • When you have filled all required fields, click “Submit Form” at the end of the form.
  • We will receive your request and within two days we will send you an email including your password and the necessary instructions and advice for entering Campola.

How do I get notification for reservation?

Once a reservation is made by a customer, you receive an email with all the necessary information such as arrival and departure dates, the booked plot / accommodation, full names and ages of people expected.

When do I receive payment for the reservation?

The reservation process is as follows:

  • To confirm a reservation, the customer pays via Campola 20% of the total booking fee.
  • Campola holds 10% of the total booking fee (i.e. half the amount paid in advance) as payment for the offered service and deposit the remaining amount to the bank account you provided. The payment of the amount and the received invoice are made in the month following the reservation of the customer.
  • The customer pays the remaining 80% of the total amount when leaving the campsite.


  • A reservation in being made on March 18 for a total amount of €100.
  • The customer pays Campola €20.
  • During the first 10 days of April we deposit €10 in your bank account and send a €10 invoice as a fee for the service.
  • The customer pays €80 upon departure from the campsite.

How much can I charge?

Because there is a small range of prices for campsite vacations, set your prices within these limits and similar to those charged at the entrance of the campsite. This way you ensure competitiveness and solvency.

Which campsites are accepted to Campola?

In Campola we only accept registration of campsites that are properly licensed and operate legally.

What are the responsibilities of the campsite?

You must strive to provide all the services for which the customer has made reservation and that all services/features mentioned in the campsite profile are true. You are also obliged to observe all safety regulations governing the campsite operation an maintain the necessary licenses.

What happens when a client wishes to leave earlier than the scheduled date?

When a client is staying at the campsite, he/she is obliged to follow the terms and condition of the campsite. This means that it is in your power to decide on the amount you charge for early departure.

What happens when a reservation is cancelled?

In this case, we immediately inform you of the cancellation, you receive 10% of the total booking fee and an invoice for the service charge from Campola.

What if the client does not appear?

We set an advance payment of 20% of the total booking fee just to prevent cancellations. However, if a customer does not show up on the specific date, it is preferable to try to contact with him/her. If communication is not possible, you can cancel the reservation four hours after the scheduled arrival time or four hours after the arrival time indicated by the client.

What is the charge of Campola?

We only charge 10% of the total booking amount as a fee for the service. This fee includes possible VAT but does not include possible bank fees.
